IntroductionTranscending Strategies LLC is led by Nicolle Arthun, BSN, RN, MSN, CNM, FACNM, Founder and Principal Consultant, an Indigenous systems strategist and facilitator whose work bridges culture, governance, policy, and regenerative organizational design. Nicolle sets the firm’s strategic direction, leads client relationships, and ensures delivery quality through the Alchemize Impact framework—aligning systems, strategy, leadership, and care so organizations can move from fragmentation to coherence and sustain change. TS operates with a lean core team and a trusted network of Indigenous and mission-aligned partners who expand capacity for specialized facilitation, executive management solutions, policy advising, evaluation, and healing-informed convening.
